What Would You Do With $100 Cash?

Thanks to Ms. Janette and the people behind the Influential Blogger 2008. Because of them and a little wink from lady luck, Random.org made me a raffle winner and now I am $100 richer. I thought they would send the prize via PayPal. But to my surprise, they gave it in cold cash. I would have preferred that they sent it to PayPal so that I know it’s just there and I won’t have to think about how to spend or invest it. But since I already have it in my hand, it gave more things to think about. I know $100 isn’t much. But the last time I checked, my math is correct when I say 100 > 0. It’s better to have it than nothing at all. So, if you had $100 cash on hand (and you are in the Philippines), what would you do with it? Would you hold it until the exchange rate goes up? Would you put it in a dollar savings account with 1% interest per year? Or would you exchange it to peso and spend or invest in something else?

Congrats on winning the raffle. It was also nice to finally meet you in person eventhough we didn’t really had a chance to talk much.

What would I do with the $100? Convert it to peso and treat your friends. :D
