Saving Tip #2: "Tubig na lang miss"

When eating at fast food joints like Jollibee or McDonalds, try not to order those so called “value meals.” WHY NOT? Well, soft drinks do add up around P3 to P15 to the cost of the food that you buy. And when you “Go Iced Tea”, “Go Large” or “Go Big Time”, say goodbye to another P10. This is most applicable to rice meals such as fried chicken and spaghetti meals. Burgers & Fries value meals give you the most discount to a soft drink. But most likely, you’ll just end up “upsizing” your meal…

So, if you’re not really into soft drinks or iced tea, just ask for service water. It might save you from ulcer, too.

Just my two cents…
